ONEderland One-on-One Coaching is designed for women using GLP-1 weight loss medications who want personal accountability, practical habit support, meal ideas, mindset encouragement, and a weekly check-in that helps them stay focused.

Because yes, the shot may quiet the food noise.

But it does not build your grocery list, remind you to eat enough protein, talk you out of all-or-nothing thinking, or lovingly ask, “Did you drink any water today, or are we running on coffee and optimism?”

That’s where coaching helps.

How Coaching Works

ONEderland One-on-One Coaching includes weekly 20-minute sessions via Zoom.

These sessions are short, focused, and practical, because most women do not need a two-hour life excavation every week. They need support, clarity, and a doable next step.

Each session is designed to help you review what’s working, troubleshoot what’s not, and choose simple actions for the week ahead.

Coaching May Include Support With:

Building consistent daily habits.

Getting enough protein in a realistic way.

Creating simple meal ideas based on foods you actually like.

Planning around busy weeks, travel, events, stress, and “I forgot to thaw the chicken” evenings.

Staying accountable to movement, hydration, sleep, and strength-building goals.

Learning the difference between true hunger, cravings, habit eating, and emotional eating.

Practicing a healthier mindset around food, progress, setbacks, and the scale.

Creating routines that can support long-term weight maintenance.
